The location was magnificent - very close to the river and Whitby and the North Yorkshire Moors. Apart from that, Sneaton Castle was 10 minutes away by driving. The room I booked was well-appointed and airy by a log burner stove. Everywhere there was immaculately clean: )

The venue is quaint, it offers lovely breakfast and has stunning location close enough to buses and trains to Whitby or Grosmont, the footbridge over the river Esk and the garden and the railway station.
